![]() It is essentially stopping our design team working at times as they need to wait for IT to be available to register the application. It has been registered on each PC a multitude of times now, but it certainly seems to prompt any new Windows user to do it, but also prompts a user if another Windows user has used the PC in the meantime (such as myself when logged on as admin to troubleshoot something). The attached screenshot shows this screen. ![]() The problem is we have the product registered to a central IT account but our designers are regularly receiving prompts to register the product, a screen which seemingly cannot be bypassed. We have recently bought CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2017 Small Business to upgrade our old X5 product which we have had for a little while. This may be a long shot, but seeing as Corel support don't seem to grasp the issue I am giving them, I thought I would post here.
